Kate wanted a girl baby (sister) forever, until she met Jessica's baby - Josh. Now she only wants a "tiny baby brudder named Josh." I can't say I blame her, he is pretty darn cute!
Nathan let Kate wear his superhero cape ... a sign of sincere friendship!
